Product Details

After the success of our first virtual class, we’re gearing up for round two!

Join our second Lebanese virtual cooking class on Sunday, 31st October from 10am-12:30pm to learn some deliciously unique dishes to show off to everyone at your post-lockdown lunches and dinners! Learn from our fantastic refugee cook, Saida, who hails from Lebanon and now calls Australia home.

We have a mouth-watering line up of traditional Lebanese dishes, and through this culinary experience, you will have the opportunity to hear about our cook Saida’s journey to Australia from Lebanon, and share in her love for cooking and family recipes. Meet fellow food-loving, storytelling members of your community and enjoy the best that multicultural Australia has to offer. Whether you've joined one of our classes before, or you're new to the Culinary Tales family, we have an exciting afternoon of exquisite food planned.

Invite your family and friends to join you and cook with comfort from your own home.

Dishes for the day:

  • Eggplant and beef makloubi (upside-down rice dish)
  • Aryan yoghurt drink (traditional Middle Eastern savoury drink)
  • Lebanese hot chips

Please keep an eye out on your inbox, as we will be sending further details, including the list of ingredients and the Zoom link, one week prior to the class.
